巨影都市 (City Shrouded in Shadow) was a spinoff that has licensed aliens and monster attacking the city instead of natural disasters. It released last year in Nippon and is the source of the webm in the OP.

I'm still looking for a pirate now that PS4 has been cracked.

Thanks for the heads up. New info has been pretty parse so I was wonder how far off a release was. I hope it does well enough so the devs can buy back the rights to Steambot Chronicles/Bumpy Trot
