Recently found a weird-ass game called Hakoniwa Explorer Plus. It's some isometric dungeon-crawler-esque nonsense with a durability system on weapons/armor and limited inventory space. You can choose difficulty, but it only determines your initial loadout. Game difficulty is presented as-is. The writing is about on par with that old /u/-and-/tg/ project Embric Of Wulfhammer's Castle.

Best part is that it's a lightweight little package at 150MB in its archive, including all the music.
