missed it the first time because the damn title is written with fullspace characters I think, found it by searching for MACRO ARTS (マクロ・アーツ), who I've also been able to find little information on so far. There's a link to a defunct page for them, hopefully wayback machine has it archived

So what was with the Macromedia Director file, a slideshow, or just that animation? Some doujin groups actually used it to make visual novels, so they might have even used it to make the game itself, if it's really a point & click adventure game. It could be difficult even if we had the game for someone to play it (unless they understood moonrunes, because AGTH doesn't work with it). Translating would be about as difficult as any other fan translation though, I'm guessing, because I know somebody's managed to reinsert text into one.

I haven't dug too deep yet admittedly, but Hasumi-chan and Harada are only surnames, so unless I could somehow come across a list of people involved with Human Entertainment back in 1996 I can't think of an easy way to find them. I'll do a bit of research on Tsuneken, as that seems like a pretty uncommon name, he'd probably be the easiest one to find.

oh shit, I looked at the source code on a whim and the filenames of the guys seem to shed a bit more insight. Left guy's image is tohru.gif, so (assumedly) his name is Tohru Harada. Middle is just ken.gif, so I assume his name is actually Ken Tsune, and the last guy's filename is hasumi.gif, so no new insight there.

Another small find, not sure how big: searching the company's full name (有限会社マクロアーツ) brings up records of a currently registered company. However, it says that it was established on 10/5/2015. The address it's registered to is the same one seen in the "About" page from the archived site though, so I'm not sure exactly what to think. Especially since it was updated 25 days after it was registered. Old team member/members taking control of the name again after all these years? I dunno. My best guess for you is to ask some Tokyo-anon to look and take a pic of the 122'nd page of the magazine in that Shinjuku one Surugaya store. The second one is to ask through the store website for a pic for a single page (though that's still as unreliable and low-chance option as the previous one). Or you could buy the magazine yourself and take a pic if you are up to that.
