Personally, I just use the natural AP to farm the 40AP ember node, and only that one. You can roughly get at least 50 embers per day, if you don't have to use the AP for other quests.
I don't care about mats that much since I get them in the events and the Fate/Zero event left me with at least 500 million QP in my pockets, so that isn't a problem for the moment.

Common materials go for about 45 a pop sometimes, starting at about 15, meaning you can feasibly spend 180 of a single mat just on one servant. Event shops only give out about 20 each. It's an abstract kind of hell.

Just the repulsion for story purposes, though the Raids will give you the Rider Kintoki Ascension items.

They're not the best places but you have two resoureces, AP and BP, if you have spare BP, you can also get shop items from the raids, meanwhile, farming the best places with AP. The 3BPs have the best droprates for raids. Though in that case you should cut down on damage and instead focus on drop boosting CEs.
In addition I find it highly unlikely you've managed to get 400 million damage for the Crystallized lore by now either, which should make doing the raids worthwhile anyway.

While not the most deep RPG the majority of the fun is team composition. The more servants you can use the more fun things get though of course the best servants are harder to. Once your guys are leveled up to max ascension boss fights can be fun and making your team do massive damage can be fun.

It's only 200 mil for Lore, and you can do it by consistently doing 1 mil raids. I think you'll get around 250+ mil if you don't miss any BP, so you've got a 50 mil buffer.

Also, note that as F2P you'll want to get as many welfare servants as you can get your hands on.
The event right now gives one of the best welfare servants in existence, so try your best to clear it.
Ask for help here if you need it, you can do most of the stuff with a decent support on your friend list.

I've tested out Shiki, Waver, and Tamamo on the 2bp and it worked pretty well without any of the beans. I'll give it a shot on the 3bp but I expect that the support will die out turning it into an endurance fight. I think that the key in that team is getting Tamamo to NP as much as possible so that Waver's skills are active on the party at all times to keep the casters from dying.

The most efficient way to clear this Oni is with a Jack support, or just Jack, if you have her. You want to do a team composition that looks like:

You can clear 6bp in 6-10 turns depending on beans, even if you don't have any Hot Springs CE - and you quickly will get them. You can use your default mystic code, but Atlas is generally better.
In terms of damage points, killing the Red Oni with this is the fastest and most efficient way to cheese up to 200mil. Raikou is going to be better for farming, but you're going to be doing lower BPs for that, since it's redundant once you hit the damage cap. Not that there isn't more than enough BP boosters to get you through even with 2BP for 3mil anyways.

F/GO is a bit unusual for a mobage in that, while it has shitty drop rates, it's doable in all respects with just your 1*-3*s. There are some 4*s worse than 3*s (or even certain 2*s), but the better ones are on par with SSRs in a lot of games - Rider Kintoki being one of them. This is even crazier with 5*s - Merlin and Waver, for instance, would both be classified as stupidly broken in almost any other game, and are stupidly broken in this one.

I was thinking about the amount of quartz and tickets left until Summer begins, so I made some calculations basing myself off cirnopedia

Have a fun chart. Dots are based on 10 pulls which have best chance of getting your waifu, it calculates your failure wait, so, if you want to know your success rate. Just subtract your failure rate from 1.
