Dwarf Fortress almost comes close to being that, but you probably know of it already. The only thing it really needs is temperature mechanics beyond water freezing, ice melting, and magma/fire burning. And diseases beyond the sort which come from evil magic clouds. Dwarf should die of hypothermia and the plague.
