Original copies of SkyrimSE and FO4 in Eastern Europe and other places in the world crash when they try to download data from Creation Club. Meaning they crash when you launch them. You can either block the access to the internet for exe OR you can pirate it. Pirates have more stable version of the game than owners of it.
I have personally tested it on both FO4 and SK:SE both weren't working around 6 months ago when I tried it and it seems like the issue still haven't been fixed.

There's actually good mods that really fix the combat, making it faster and more like an action RPG with dodges and evena mod that adds weight to weapons. Combined with morrowloot that delvels enemies and removes ebony and daedric and glass from level lists it actually makes the combat more fun.
Skyrims base quests are trash though so usually I drop on quest mods like Clockwork, And Beyond Skyrim which is one of the best. Sure my mod list is 200 plugins large but Ive got it to a point where it isnt boring or condesending to play.
OH yeah the immersion mods that actually add lore and make the cities bigger help too. Best recent mod added the loot system from fallout 4 so you dont have to waste time opening every container now, you can just hover over it and scroll through and pick what you want out

Not really. Or well yes sorta. There's plenty of mods and a lot of said mods have intricate ini files that allow for a lot of modification and the Construction Set is piss easy to use. But many of the mods for the LAPF system are unfinished or don't mesh well together. Or at least once you download the essentials like Lovers Rapers and Hyoko/Tamago pregancy system and such. Lovers Situations is also a decent mod for that kind of stuff. Still it's limited. Mainly because most of the mods are old and the ones being made today rarely mesh well with the older mods. I'm actually having a tough time running the game for more than 20 minutes without it crashing right now due to esp stress.
Also PlayerSlaveEncounters got an update by the original modder if anybodies interested. Not much added but he's back and working on the mod again which is great since it's one of the best lovers mods out there.

OSEX's animations are dynamic : start fucking, choose whatever the fuck you want to do, can transition freely from one sex acitvity/position, and you decide when it ends.

Its impossible to keep strict discipline in setting up a porn game. Either way we haven't achieved good polygons fucking yet, not on engine of the most glitchiest games such as bethesda's for sure. But in case of skyrim it doesn't only concerned porn mods, its just the boredom is greater than blown load when you get to hear old skyrim voiceacting and questing. And trust me, some of skyrim's voice acting is a huge boner killer, surprised Amorous Adventures is based on it..
Ah yes, forgot to mention that Devious Devices, Skyrim's most greatest fucking framework on BDSM things, and unique one at that too, is probably the worst mod that just turns game into literal goat simulator with soft gameovers that fuck entire game into crazy gore fest of glitches. But one thing i had from it - laugh at those glitches and shitty experience i got from it.
At least having an illusion game set up and running and forgetting that you have it ensures an easily blown load and then going down doing your business. The very mistake of roleplaying sex in video games is that its all gone as soon as you masturbate, especially if its never going to be high quality. Nearly every point you brought up is either fixable or negatable. Shit like the hair clipping is negated by getting shorter hair mods, clipping is auto corrected in plenty of other mods with the setscale revised or a few buttons being pushed. Overall though I think your missing the draw for installing these mods. Which is a porn game with enough freedom to make every encounter unique. There were attempts to fix it in Skyrim after Oblivion just forgot about much of it but in the end there's nothing more impressive than what was already given since Shivering Isles. The "lore" in Skyrim's about as much of a joke as Oblivions, except Oblivion is still a better game. And the technical sides were never good. Even with the community which has been the most cancerous and shill happy due to bethesda's payed mod bullshit. Even with the modding community to try and help the game is still a broken mess with ass combat where none of the features mesh well together. And overhauls that try and fix this only end up being shit or full of the most autistic faggots around (see civil war mod)

no. the combat system is fine in morrowind, not being the same as "muh action rpg" genre combat-wise, doesn't make it bad. it only takes increasing your skill in x weapon a little bit before you don't miss as much, that is if you have decent agility.
the fact that it's actually possible to miss attacks and spells is a positive because it adds risk and more strategy.
if you have neither weapon skill nor agility, then focus on what the class you chose/made is actually good at instead of assuming you should be good at everything even if you haven't trained it.
and that's just the combat. the dungeons in morrowind are more complex and actually fit the idea of a dungeon, whereas skyshit is "move from point a to point b without any detours or possible difficulties/puzzles in finding the right way to go".
the various weapon and magic skills are more complex, the thieves guild is actually interesting, believable, and fun.
the factions themselves in general are better in morrowind by nature of their characters, story, and missions.
it's possible to kill essential NPCs in morrowind, whereas skyrim holds your hand like the casual faggot that you are and point-blank will not allow them to die.
the various class mechanics in morrowind are more unique, farrrr far more unique, than skyrim, and the skills you pick at the start actually fucking matter.
