In theory they're great projects to put stock in because they're clearly made with more love and care than any Elder Scrolls game has since at least Morrowind, but more practically speaking it just seems like they're making unrealistic promises and setting nigh unattainable goals, especially for non-profit MODDING groups.

Am I supposed to care about any of these at all, or should I just dismiss them as 1/16 finished vaporware?

No shit none of these mods will ever come into fruition. Theyre nice on paper but are so massive in scope that I don't expect a AAA studio to do let alone a group of autistic modders. Beyond skyrim is doing it smart by releasing one giant area at a tike than all at once but I doubt they'll ever finish their plans. All the other projects, you'll have better luck hoping kikesda "remasters" them than holding your breath for modders to deliver.
