<Isn't there a whole board for this?
Yeah, it used to be great but it is generally neglected at at this point. We're hoping to fix this, or start a new board if it can't be fixed.
For those of you who don't know what this thread is about, a bunch of anons have started colonizing Civclassic, a Minecraft server that acts as a successor to Civcraft. Civcraft as a server and a genre is defined by its focus on allowing players to create sovereign states and have them engage in economic and industrial development, trade, diplomacy, politics, and warfare with minimal administrative intervention. It was an ecosystem where anon-led countries used to be largely united as a federation and represented powerful political bloc back in 2015. Fast forward a few years and a few iterations and the presence and political power of anons has degraded substantially, with sovereign states by our groups struggling to accomplish any degree of sovereignty on Civclassic, the latest iteration of this genre of server. The remnants have largely either begun to quit or settled into a new role as a diaspora living amongst Redditors.
A group of us have begun to work towards the restoration of the anon's dignity and sovereignty, and have established a new Chanseatic State. For those of you who remember Chanada, or Chanos, or any state established in iterations after Civcraft 2.0, we look forward to your return. For those of you entirely new to this whole deal, just hop online and join us, we'll show you the ropes and get you headed in the right direction. We're also interested in alliances and cooperation with other anons who want to build their own towns or sovereign states. Drop a contact in this thread or reach out to us if you're interested.
