The only good touhou game that I have played was a 3d one called suwako chan cubic or something. Admittedly it isn't a proper bullet hell game, but I have found that most proper fan games are made by tasteless people who cannot design bullet patterns that are both difficult and beautiful which is what touhou does best imo.
