It's called "waiting for a decent thread".
When it comes to vidya I'd rather concentrate fully on it, which includes enjoying what OST it has. Even with something like Pokemon, where training shit can be monotonous, if you're trying to raise it right, you'd best be aware of how many KOs you need to cap stats if you're going to be autistic.

Magical Witch Punie-chan, originally known as Dai Mahou Touge. It's based off a longer comedy manga, and is basically a violent parody of magical girl stuff, and winds up low on the magic (all she can apparently do is animate veggies and summon bombs), and high on breaking bones with wrestling moves and everything trying to kill her. And status quo means she can repeatedly kill everyone and destroy the school only for them to all be fine in the next half-episode. It's great.

I'm going to assume you mean the latter two. To my knowledge Devilman has been best as a manga, and has had a number of incarnations. Skullman meanwhile is comprised of three parts: the original one shot by Ishinomori (the guy who went on to make Kamen Rider when told Skullman was too dark to make a show to sell toys of), an authorized expanded adaptaion by his fan-turned-friend Shimamoto using Ishinomori's notes, and a 2007 interpretation (IE: NOT adaptation) by Bones. The first is easy enough to find, but Tokyopop has mass purged the second from much of the net to get shekels for, but can be found archived here.
https://archive.org/download/manga_Skull_Man_SHIMAMOTO_Kazuhiko
I liked the anime myself, but it's harmed a bit by the fact Bones tried to tie it into Cyborg 009 (another Ishinomori work) as a prequel, but they've not been allowed to do their own adaptation of C009. Best to take The Skull Man 2007 as a standalone interpretation.
