I think is Deceit or something like that, a few people are shape shifters, the others are regular people, the lights go out periodically, the monster players need to sabotage the other players who are trying to find a safe zone or escape, nobody knows who is a monster, the only evidence is the blood bags which need to be consumed by shape shifters to be able to use their powers, is basically a game of paranoia.
