You could look at the minimum hours played among all who got an archievement and use that as the value asuming that especially among large playerbases someone would have played the game withot idling but you have no guarantee that this is true. And you would be taking outliers by definition so you can't be sure how representative that timeframe is for the whole group. If RNG is involved they would be significant outliers for certain for example.
