Nothing of this would actually work.
You can't just call in a "hunter" to help because you need an open spot in your team and some games don't allow new people to come into a game-in-progress. In a free-for-all gamemode it would be really difficult to tell who the "bully" is on the map and chances are that no matter how skilled they may be, the hunter could also accidentally kill the "victim" since it's a game about quick reactions.
Also of note, in that example it's a teambased game mode. You can't hear what the other team is saying in that gamemode, obviously, so how is she still hearing the harassment?
