There is a stage that makes maxing out classes very easy. It's one of the post game stages where you kill 40+ gunner enemies with 1 HP. Use a full screen overload skill to OHKO everyone there. Works best with a dark knight because they can make most of them enraged with his damage spread ability. That way you can get crystals from revenge kills as well. After beating the main story, you can go from level 100 to 1000+ in the course of a few hours. And once you get to that stage it only take like 10 minutes to figure out how to cheese the game. That is the moment when the game turns from a strategy game to a game of numbers.
