One of the main reasons why I didn't want a smash is that Smash always got one new release each console. It's unprecedented for Smash to get multiple releases on one console. If the Switch get's a Smash 4 port then I don't know if it will get a Smash 5, or it will come much later down the line. It's been, what 4 years? Might as well make Smash 5 instead of a port.
