Mount and Blade: Fire and Sword has the Zaporozhian Cossacks in if I recall, it also has the Crimean Khanate which is right next door so you can do all sorts of muslim steppe nomad shit vs Orthodox christian semi nomad Cossacks. Untill Russia or the Commonwealth steps in and ruins all the fun.
