novice, it's my first time playing in 15 years so I wanted to ease myself back into things. I'm pretty late in the game and he still hasn't broken the 1000 damage barrier. I can just switch to someone elses route with a friend sphere.

Oh, I can't help you. I used the Expert grid because I'm not a bitch and I got him working extremely well. He had the most HP and dealt the most damage up until I started getting the Celestial Weapons. Plus he could Steal before I even had Rikku. Only one thing you can do now.
