Same style as one of the old PS3 ones I remember stemming from cuckchan (and the filesizes are certainly within the maximum of what they're able to post there, assuming 4MB to still be their limit), so I'd assume so. However, if the user can't predict what happens in the skipped time he can confuse himself or appear in a position where he's instantly killed because his memory of that is erased as well.
As a result, he has two powers, King Crimson and Epitaph, King Crimson is what was already described, but Epitaph allows him to see 7 or so seconds into the future, so he'll plan his movements and through this planning change his natural movements so he's in a good position.
If someone's been under his ability and things change where they're facing their original position, they also see an afterimage of themselves and it confuses the fuck out of them if they don't know how it works.
It's worse then stopping time because stopping time can be figured out and planned against, like attacking the user when he's unaware (though that can't happen to Dio since one of his powers, like Jotaro's is active stand defence, which automatically defends the user of things he's unaware of).
In Diavolo's case he can also see the future anytime he looks at his hair, and so he can always see the future and be unable to be killed. His powers had to be negated by an worse stand power in order to take him out and that power is essentially making him die forever, over and over again.

I think it's more a matter that the edges on the screw driver haven't been worn down. Obviously the tip size matters some, but if it doesn't have a good edge it's not going to stay in place. And again, you don't want to accidentally strip the screw. For whatever reason Sony put those in stupid tight before shipping them out; not wanting the drive to shift in shipping is understandable, but it's like they didn't want people to be able to change the drives out either with how tight it is in there.

Not getting the latest patch sucks, but other than that it's the same game. Specific missions have huge slowdowns at the beginning, but normalize later.
