The final bullet point of section 3.1.1 of Apple’s updated App Store Guidelines states:
>Apps offering ‘loot boxes’ or other mechanisms that provide randomized virtual items for purchase must disclose the odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase.
Does this kill the lootbox? Or will retards still be willing to pay out even knowing it's 300:1 of getting something amazing.
Either way, the forced disclosure will help push the gambling notion.
