That and they're always getting the characterization wrong, considering goatdude was essentially living inside a sense deprivation chamber which also had the effects of shutting off his emotions on top of having the ability to reset time if he wanted, to the point that it's implied he's done everything to everyone up to and including murder, he SHOULD be struggling with serious anger issues and a host of mental illnesses worse then the average child's tantrums now that he's supposed to have his emotions back.
In these comics he acts like a saint despite being the closest thing to a devil the game depicts in all virtues, and it would have been much more interesting to see a villain like him struggle with life instead of acting normal in slice of life situations where you could literally replace him with fucking any generic face and have no impact on the joke.
The worst part of Undertale is it's fanbase, they're shallow and since most of them are from reddit and tumblr they're inoffensive.
Nothing was done here that was creative in the better sense, all it's been is degenerate or bland with these inoffensive wimpy fuckers.
Undertale sucks on top of having an emphasis on heavy glurge bullshit, but the fandom that it attracted made it worse. Part of the enjoyment of something is talking with others about what you liked or disliked, but these fuckers take it way too far, making a mini-religion out of it with bland ass bullshit.
Undertale itself dropped the ball hard, it tried desparately to make the story personal when all it had to do was tell a moral story centered around learning to understand people who seem different or even alien to you, some moral lesson, but the game is wormy and tries to get into your pants with almost DISNEY level of fake bullshit at the end, the entire tone changes when the villain you're supposed to understand and even try to save committed countless atrocities because he was essentially eternally bored and had a shitty life. Instead of exploring that character more deeply, who admittedly should have an alien personality after undergoing therapy in their canon, these fucking people do the blandest shit possible, as if they're scared to.
