You can play many games in VR. Stuff like Vridge, mods, anything. You can also turn your phone into cheap ass VR headset.

I must say swimming around in Subnautica while controlling the direction with your head was quite awesome. Unfortunately with phone the best you can get is pretty much test drives and yt videos.

This is also something I recommend to both you and OP. See how cheap VR with your phone works. Either to see what is the deal with VR or if you want to invest more money into it.
