So… is a standard UDK tutorial gonna cover what I need to know to get started here, or should I wait for some humble humanitarian to upload a Hat in Time specific tutorial to Steam?

Completely forgot about this, I played the first few missions in the Mafia world (got the one girl to come to my ship) and just felt "Heh, that was okay" and haven't played it since.
