This game is fun
here, have the fresh translation;
http://www.romhacking.net/translations/3280/
>Sutte Hakkun is a cute but extremely difficult puzzle platformer developed by IndiesZero.
>Hakkun's actions consist of three movements; running to the left or right, jumping, and absorbing or depositing blocks. A combination of these is required to complete each level.
>Several types of traps and characters are prepared in each level, some of which help Hakkun, and others which may obstruct his path.
I promise more innovation than any nowadays indie puzzle game.

This is really fun. Completed all of Stage 1 just now. Thanks, OP. Reminds me of another super late Super Famicom game that's cute like this called "Ganpuru Gunman's Proof". It came out in 1997 and is a very very easy clone of A Link to the Past with an Old West setting and charming music.

Hourai Gakuen No Bouken, some late-ish RPG also has very memorable music but I can't say much of the gameplay. The composer is Sakimoto, who worked on Ogre Battle, Sword Maniac or Back to the Future.
