It's still good. Can you honestly say finding something behind a waterfall or any kind of exploration game would be as fun if you already knew where everything was? It's a good trope but it's overdone, and some people don't do it right

Paper Mario did it right. Mother 3 did it right. FF2 and 4 did it right considering their time
