I've been listening to a lot of eurobeat recently, but i dont know shit about racing games. Can anyone recommend me something? Prefferably PC or easy to emulate. Bonus points if it has older cars in it

there was an initial d game on ps2/arcade that you should be able to emulate.

the ridge racer games weren't too bad for going fast and drifting either.

i don't know how many of the arcade games are easy to emulate, 1st and 2nd shouldn't cause any issues though.

i watched all of it couple months back, i just happened to have downloaded all of super eurobeat recently (most of it anyway). and yeah i have a car, ive even accidentally drifted once and nearly crashed

Gonna also have to rec Ridge Racer. It's what I always end up busting out whenever I find myself idly listening to eurobeat. Although, the music in most of the games is already top tier as it is.

I like Tokyo Extreme Racer DRIFT, but then again, I like all of those games. Addictive and relaxing. I can play them forever and they never get old.

There are a few Initial D games on console, by the way. If you own a PS3, you can play Extreme Stage. Special Stage on PS2 is supposed to be basically the same thing, but it's really difficult to find even if you pirate.

I want to watch more racing shit, but I already watched Initial D and Wangan Midnight (there are Wangan games as well), and I don't know about anything else on that level. Make more, Japan. Put some lolis in there so that it sells, I don't care, but fucking make it now. Or just get Araki to make the next JoJo about racing, with stands.

I know that struggle all too well anon. Most of the time I just want to leave my wheel set up but I basically live at my computer desk and there's no place for me to put my plate when it's tendie time when my wheel is set up.

The only arcade drift series worth a damn, Kaido Battle.

Kaido Battle 2 (Kaido racer) has the best physics.

Translation is kinda awful tho, but it's a racing game so it doesn't really matter.
