Although the girl has essentially "consented,"(therefore not really rape, a lawyer could argue that the guy was raped if she was 18) a girl her age cannot technically consent. So therefore the "rapist" would be charged for molestation/rape.
The girl would be charged with something along the lines of coercion an for maybe assault with a deadly weapon. Same goes for the other two non-raping participants but they would probably receive an extra charge of accomplices to a crime.
In reality though there are two guys that are armed, wouldn't be surprised if they turned their weapons to the girl as she's being raped. That opens another can of worms of legality. Nice fantasy though.

Also the guys suicide and the attempted murder of the wife are two completely different cases. The Doctor has a point, the dude was dead as soon as he launched himself off that roof.
A lawyer can easily make a case for manslaughter against the old man but if that fails. Firing a weapon within city limits, attempted murder(could be dropped as well, has to be a really good lawyer to make it stick), endangering other people (if the an hero guy hadn't taken the buckshot, someone else might have). It also makes sense that the son was charged with actual murder, but you can't convict a dead man, now can you?
All in all I'd have to say no one got hurt that didn't want to get hurt, I'd say it was poetic justice more than anything

Your images of greek and roman are from a brothel in Pompeii, a coastal town which would naturally advertise to sailors from all over, and are not standard images from all of greek and roman art.
This was gone through in another thread. Whereas the skin tone differences between men and women in ancient rome and greece were different and men were given darker skin tones it was solely to distinguish them and not on par with the dark skin tone of the ones in this game which are clearly not a greek or roman male.
