It's not possible. Once you get inside CNPP in SoC you have to get through dozens of Monolith soldiers and there's no way to avoid them.

To add on to this anon's point, you will need to shut down the brain scorcher to get to Pripyat, which is crawling with Monolith foot soldiers. Once you deactivate it, you will be ambushed by their remaining forces that you will have to massacre to in order to escape, only to run into a military expedition engaging the monolith as well.
