Sakura Dungeon, off the top of my head.
Made western, but absolutely faithful and respectful to its eastern art style and cultural inspiration. You can even get it unofficially ported to tablet just by using onlyhgames, but it'll crash at times. Save fucking often on that version.
And unfortunately, no pairing up any party members you recruit to my knowledge.

Imagine a game where you play as a succubus (with a twin blonde sister who got all the inferior genes) and you have to infiltrate a compound full of female guards, female hostages, and female supernatural commanders. Instead of CQC to take out guards you fuck them till they orgasm and fall unconscious - but be careful about where you fuck/seduce them cause other guards might see and shoot at you or call an alert. Or you can seduce them more secretly via various means like lewd yuri mangas (or other tools) you can place/use.
During boss fights instead of a health and stun bar- there is a hp bar and a seduction bar. So instead of using a sniper rifle to take out a hypothetical sniper boss with giant tits instead you can sneak up and molest them - as their seduction meter drops lower your molesting gets better - first you are merely groping their breasts from behind, next your are kissing them whilst groping their breasts, next your hand is in their pants whilst full blown making out with them and groping their breasts, and so on. There are some good games made in rpg maker but it's more despite being made in it rather than because they are made in it.
RPG maker is an unoptimized and limiting game engine. You're always going to get that with "game engines" but it rings true in this case in particular. RPG maker is made to be very friendly to people who have minimal programming knowledge and therefore casts a very broad net in the ways it does things and is useless for people who want to create something significantly outside of it's standard functionality as it requires extensive scripting knowledge to do so; at that point you might as well code an engine yourself and have it be optimized and what you really want it to be instead of constrained by the engine.
Nothing wrong with playing the games though since the damage has already been done; just think about whether you want to encourage this kind of lazy game creation before financially supporting creators.

Demon Master Chris and its spiritual successor, Sakura Dungeon. Also a dungeon crawler, but I'd say that it's better than Raidy, if only a little.
Yukkuri Panic Escalation if you count Qix with yuri images.
Embric of Wulfhammer's Castle is one of the best RPG maker H-games, and it happens to be yuri despite misleading implications otherwise. Get on that.

Considering the way you're talking I take it you are the other guy from that thread, in which case you probably know what I'm talking about when I say this: your point does not address the fact that, regardless if the result of the route is canon or not, the route fleshes out the characters. Even if it's not the canon ending it shows what the characters are willing or would do and how they would react to a situation. If your argument is that it's a joke and completely meaningless then it's not removed enough from the rest of the game and shouldn't be there in the first place. It would be like inserting a chapter from a different book into another and changing the names of all the characters.
On a less related note it seems like "it might not be pure but" has become an excuse to deflect arguments and call everything where two girls show any interest in each other, both romantic or just as close friends, yuri regardless of the amount of heterosexual content.

Imagine, for example that we are talking about a horror game instead. If the game had jokes and funny moments all the time it wouldn't be considered as horror. As comedy game with horror elements at best but not a real horror game. However, if the game has a single non-canon funny joke ending while the other endings and 90% of the rest of the game are scary and athmospheric, then everbody would clearly see it as a horror game.
