Maybe cus you were watching the cell phone video but…If you look real close you can see the faint silhouette of one they're running for. I mean if he can teleport several miles across open desert what's a short jog towards a shuttle? This is one of those cases where they probably filmed a section showing them reaching the shuttle, turning it on, and then zipping out of there but it just got left on the cutting room floor. So instead you get this jumpcut of them running towards the shuttle and then right to them flying away then another jump cut right to dead Snoak.
This is definitely a movie that takes advantage of millinal ADHD.

I don't really like going to the cinema as I get far too tanked trying to get on the film's level. I got ridiculously boozed watching RO but my friends were going to see TLJ so I thought fuck it, I've got half a goon sack and two six packs, I should be good. WRONG. This film was almost impossible to appreciate as drunk as I got. By the point Rey started talking about the Darkside and that random hole I had already downed all my beers.
I ended up going to the front desk to get my money back but I guess all my friends were still in the cinema so I decided to double down and buy a bottle of wine instead.
I can't remember the final scenes at all of this film. I think that is a good thing however. Dissed it all the way through with my mate though which was kind of nice, probably pissed off the cinema though.
At the end of the day the goon sack rule for movies is a good one. If you can slam more than 30 standard drinks and you still can't suspend your disbelief and the film is fucking stupid just get your money back.
I can't help but think of all the opportunity they had in the dialogue and plot they had to make it more intelligent and thus more interesting.
