Egy időben próbálkoztam én is ilyen gyógyteákkal, de nem ért szart se. Meg a hársfateának még valami mellékhatása is volt, már nem emlékszem mi.
A Neocitrán meg mocsok drága, akkor már inkább Clodrex tabletta. Az is drága, de nem ennyire. Ha forró teával veszed be, ugyanaz, mintha a port innád meg forrón.
Nekem a fertőtlenítő toroköblögetők váltak be. Van pl. a Solutio acriflavini: magisztrális készítmény, olcsó és hatásos. Besárgul tőle a szád, de az egy nap alatt kitisztul, miután abbahagyod.
A Corsodil is jó, csak az erősen habzik, ezért nehéz vele gargalizálni.
Meg ami még nekem bevált, az a timol-oldat. Csak ez saját készítmény, úgyhogy ilyet nem kapsz készen a patikában. Ha szerencséd van, timolt tudnak neked rendelni, bár pár évvel ezelőtt megtiltották a legtöbb alapanyag forgalmazását, úgyhogy nem szívesen adnak, hacsak nem vagy ismerős.

Kortikoszteroid injekción esetleg gondolkodtál már? Legfeljebb kétszer kéne beadatnod az egész pollen- és porgazdag időszakban, hogy végig tünetmentes legyél. Az a 2 kis szúrás semmi ahhoz képest amit egy allergiaszezon alatt végigszenvedsz.
Van tabletta és krémformátum is csak sok esetben kevésbé hatékony.

Laktobaktériumosat kell enni. A Protexin bevált, csak az a kibaszott reklámjuk ne lenne olyan rohadt idegesítő.
Plusz kefír-joghurt ha nem vagy laktózérzékeny, és én is épp visszaépítem. Sajnos az erőspaprika nem jó.

Mint azóta kiderült valami vírust vagy baktériumot nyaltam be. Nem is tudom, de annyira nem is érdekel. Kellemetlen ha az embernek a saját ürülékéből kell mintát vennie...
