Igazából kábé akkora szobában élek mint egy irodai kocka. durván 3x3 méteres.
Még annyi hely sincs hogy egy fekvőtámaszt vagy egy felülést meg tudjak csinálni vagy 10 perc rakodás nélkül. Ezért is van hogy inkább kint futkorászok, mondjuk mostanság kicsit visszavettem a hideg miatt. A haverokkal való összejövetelek meg teljesen kizártak nálam.

A cipőt nem tudom, de a ruhát illetően a fokozatosság a fontos. Menj ki, fuss most, amíg nincs 0 fok. És napról napra majd látod, hogy kell-e több ruha. Én pl mostanában egy póló, egy vékony pulcsi kombóban nyomom. Aztán majd jön a vastagabb pulcsi, aztán az alá egy póló, és a legnagyobb hidegben két pulcsi egymás felett.

Nem ő, de orron vedd a levegőt. Alapjáraton azt kéne de hidegben meg méginkább mert az orrod erei valamelyest felmelegítik a levegőt. ja meg hidegben inkább fuss többet de "lassabban" (vagy kockogj). A lényeg hogy a "lehető legkevesebbet" izzadj.

Én ő. És evvel speciell nem értek egyet. Tudom, hogy lassan kellene futni télen, de leszarom, fél órákra nem gáz. Az a lényeg a tapasztalataim szerint, hogy az ember folyamatosan járjon. Akkor valahogy az immunrendszer, vagy a torok hozzászokik. Én képtelen vagyok úgy futni, hogy csak az orron át lélegzek. A megfelelő felöltözés rohadt fontos, hogy a szervezet ne hűljön ki. De a pulcsikba lehet nyugodtan izzadni. Ja és az van még, hogy én a lakásom körül futok, tehát ha végeztem, azonnal fel, ruhát le, tusolás. Erdei futásnál minden más lenne, kint a hidegben nem mernék izzadtan hazagyalogolni. Az elég gáz lehet.
