This shit looks like nonsense buzzwords for a big red image hyperlink to Google or some other shit.

I already have a Quick Exit™ button on every page. It's called "close tab". If you scroll down the article blog post you will find a bunch of links to other services. This is literally just a snake oil salesman trying to get you to buy his and his friends' shit. You also notice to language: safety, violence, abuser... It's all to trigger your primitive instincts, "buy our shit or people will literally die!!!"

I don't necessarily understand what the article is trying to say. Why do you need a "quick exit"? How is it related to safety? I thought it was about making your log out button easy to find and not require additional steps, but it doesn't say anything about logging out or clearing cookies or anything like that, just some vague words about dangers and safety.

So what? Normies can't be arsed to install a cookie manager extension and block tracking scripts & malicious adverts? That's not newsworthy.

If you are being abused you will want to look up help, but your abuser might walk in at any moment, so you need a button that's always available and stands out to quickly close the page. That's it, it's just a massively obnoxious close tab button that eats up screen space on you phone
