Out of all the useless conversation about software, I find personal computing and workstations to be at fault itself the current construction of microprocessors is too limiting, especially like the Lisp dullards or x86 intel-aviv boxes. Real computing is not bound by operating systems it software suites. Software should be created for one purpose on topic of heavily configurable hardware for the user's purpose.

In what parallel universe are Lisp CPUs still being made? I'd like to go there.

The OS shapes how the software suite looks like. How exactly do you intend to write software that works on whatever foundation you can think of?

Maybe his computer autocorrected RISC to Lisp. It's far more correct to have a Lisp machine than a RISC machine, but unfortunately computers aren't so good at context.

I found VHDL and other shit pretty good but when in school I had used this really shit ide. Probably one of the worst ides I have ever used. It crashed. Itd do random things. It would also take 3 mins to compile simple programs.
