Is this the way of the future /tech/? Using the transportation of media files to get your computer to do something automatically? Its rumored such a service is automatically installed with vcruntime140.dll. Do you have that version of the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable" installed?

Also how can through the magic of "social justice" such a similar system work its way into open-source projects?
