I do have money but it's not easy to buy VPS anonymously.

are free VPS a trial only for few days, then they kill it?

or hack someone's PC online to use it as VPS?

so what? bitcoins are not anonymous, they are opposite of anonymous, all transactions are public.

there is no way to buy bitcoins anonymously.

also, if I buy 10$ worth of bitcoins today, tomorrow I might not be able to buy 10$ or 8$ VPS because they will be worth 7$

3. put fake information in envelope

4. send envelope to bitcoin seller

5. bitcoin seller encrypts bitcoin wallet with your 6. key and makes it available publicly

challenge for the reader: how will you pay this guy in a way that prevents him from connecting you to the bitcoins he gave you later on?

risk: he takes the money and runs

risk mitigation: reputation and multiple transactions over time. If he robs you of a small amount of money on first contact, he loses the larger payments later on.
