>I won't buy new KIKEVIDYA shit for something which is expected to be the standard.
Of course not. If you don't use CUDA and you can get AMD cards at a decent price then there's literally no reason to buy novidya. Only reason I did was because where I live the equivalent performance AMD card (1060 6gb vs rx 580) was like 100 dollars more.
>Apart from that, GSync and Freesync are both nearly useless to begin with.
That sounds like BS but I won't say they aren't without trying it first.
And now they finally threw down the incompability joke but only for new cards xDDD Buy our new shit, goy!!!!!!1111111
Yeah, you're being jewed out here, especially considering the first novidya's "gsync" implementation we learned they had on display port monitors without the actual gsync module (which some claim it's just a DRM module anyway) was on laptops with Maxwell chips. So the card probably does have the capability already, assuming eDP (the mobile DP standard for which gsync was implemented on laptops) and DP 1.2 (freesync monitors) aren't too different.
>My card will still hold for some years.
Just sell it and get something AMD, then you get freesync plus excellent driver support on linux.
