I would certainly hope not. They call this thing a "smart backpack". I understand the utility of building in batteries into the backpack. I don't understand the utility of building in more sophisticated functionality beyond the basic battery. Even if they did design the backpack to have more digital processing functionality, I would hope that they wouldn't digitally sign the system to lock out "unauthorized devices".

what about a retractable LED like a borescope that bends over your should like the cannon from the alien vs predator movie? you could point it in a general direction like if you were on a bike, or there could be a thing where you could connect it to your helmet like a halo space marine. also whats up with the tesla and emf generator? why not just put in a basic radio jammer for evading the corporation enforcers?
