I honestly lost all interest in Filoni's OCs when he announced they wouldn't be dying in the Jedi Purge. When he pulled that time travel faggotry in Rebels just to save his waifu is when I knew this character was just his fucking sex doll. The man was horribly obsessed with her and even had her beat Grievous while fresh out of the academy. The whole reason I watched the series was for the emotional conclusion of Anakin having to kill his own apprentice (a concept I never much agreed with, as him having an apprentice makes little sense other than selling toys or giving kids a mouthpiece). Not to mention the period between II and III is way too short for a 6 season series and for significant drama between a master and apprentice to unfold, not to mention that this bitch is practically non-existent in ROTS. But still I was eager to see the delicious and emotional drama that would come from Anakin killing another loved one or that maybe her death would've spurred him further to the dark side, but no, because Filoni just couldn't bear the thought of any harm coming to his waifu.

This also bugged me considerably. Its Filoni Wars took place in its own separate universe. In the long run, that might've been for the best. Much of it doesn't even add up well with the films. The rest of your suggestions are perfect and in the long run, Filoni Wars was better off being a miniseries documenting the final weeks or days of the Clone Wars between Anakin and Obi-Wan or better yet, a series that adapted the adventures of Anakin and Keobi between Episode I and II. But no, instead we get whatever the fuck this was, which was just a precursor to everything wrong with SW now under Disney. Only good thing to come of this was 10 or so good episodes (specifically clone shit) and Ahsoka porn.

>Ahsoka coming back negates that theme entirely, because now Anakin has a person that he cared for and trusted, whose absence was a potential catalyst for him falling to the Dark Side, coming back into his life again.
This. Having her die would've been incredibly impacting towards Anakin's character. If her death was unintentionally or intentionally caused by the jedi, then it would've further helped to explain Anakin's increasing distrust towards the order. Instead we get a shitty detective/court episode that just sends her away.
