The idea of farming women as cattle is incredibly hot, but you're starting from a false assumption there. Cows aren't fattened in order to improve milk production, bulls are fattened to increase the amount of meat you get from them. Hell, if you look at the Belgian Blue breed of cows it would seem that cows are just one genetic mutation away from developing 'double muscling' and becoming naturally swole from birth.
If we were going to farm women for dairy (as opposed to meat, you sick fuck) then some level of weight gain might be, arguably, beneficial as a way to reduce the probability of complications during her pregnancy - especially if she started off as one of the borderline anorexics you see wandering around. If she was part of the fat acceptance group you'd probably need to manage some major weight loss again to reduce the odds of health complications (healthy cows are productive cows).
