Make an exit mask. Buy helium (from China, US puts oxygen in theirs to prevent this), attach the tank to a surgical mask, turn it on and adjust the flow before putting it on your face. Once you have a good flow just equip it and breath normally. Completely painless. It's not lack of oxygen that invokes pain but buildup of CO2.
