There used to be an undercover police officer that worked for the Washington DC MPD by the name of Nicole Rizzi. She was fired from that department in 2013. While she was undercover on assignment in Washington DC she blew her own cover and as a result of that she was publicly exposed by protesters and was sued and fired.
