Not only is James Comey leaving cryptic threats in tweets but there is some interesting clues in his WaPo OpEds.
Does this make WaPo Editors like Martin Baron responsible for threats against POTUS? Can they claim ignorance or are they a part of the treason and possible actions under RICO?
An analysis of Comey OpEds seems to point to a possibility that he (and Brennan) are 'calling plays' and triggering Counter-Intelligence operations using the OpEds possibly coordinating with his twitter feeds.
To run a successful counter-intel op they would be using a 'Key' or 'Legend' which would include instructions to directions, locations, targets, methods and ID resources.
In the case when a legend is not in hand it would have to be disseminated to their 'assets' which would be trained (possibly indoctrinated) pre-positioned 'sleeper cells' which wait for 'activation' by their handler.
If this is true then there is no doubt that the FBI is infiltrated by CIA Non-Official Cover planted inside the FBI (Comey, McCabe, Strzok) Meaning the received FBI paychecks but are in fact CIA Operatives. Collecting intel and executing clandestine operations inside the USA.
I believe that Comey is disseminating the legend via twitter and targeting via Op Eds.
WaPo might claim no knowledge of the information. The last WaPo OpEd seems to be Comey instructing assets to strike a dam, reservoir or water source. Previous OpEds include language about 'radioactivity' so Comey predisposition for NBC Nuclear Biological and Chemical references might mean these contamination methods are at his disposal and in his 'arsenal'. These assets might have been placed by him during his tenure for legitimate counter-intel national defense purposes but could be turned for nefarious purposes if he were properly motivated with fear or rage.
Holding a a degree in chemistry I'd suspect Comey rose through the ranks of the FBI through his knowledge and training in counter-intel and may have been responsible for many NBC domestic/ homegrown sting operations terrorists 'attacks'.
