Interesting Tweet from #POTUS.
Why does POTUS refer to Schiff as “Shifty Schiff” when “Pencil Neck” is the new nickname?
Same for “Nervous Nancy” instead of “Crazy Nancy”.
I think POTUS is drawing attention to the NSC by doubling up the letters N & S. Search on the internet in regards to recent NSC articles revealed this interesting article:

Has POTUS regained control of NSC? Or is it still under control by Obama left overs.
NSC:
The NSC is chaired by the President. Its regular attendees (both statutory and non-statutory) are the Vice President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, and the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs.
During the Obama Administration, the NSC staff has doubled to around 400 staffers from Bush’s staff of 80.
President Obama’s NSC has been heavily criticized for consolidating decision-making in the White House and micromanaging the execution of policy— sidelining the State and Defense Departments and other agencies and far exceeding its intended mandate.
