Suspect in custody after multiple people killed in El Paso Walmart shooting

Multiple people were killed in a shooting in a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, on Saturday.

Local police announced one suspect is in custody at 1:45 p.m. local time and do not believe there are any others at large. Earlier El Paso Mayor Dee Margo said three suspects were in custody.

Margo's office said there are multiple fatalities. One local report said at least 18 people were killed, but police would not give a specific number during a mid-afternoon press conference.
