newfag here with a guess… Looks like ViP with his hand blocking the top of his head as he's capturing the image. The orientation is a bit odd. Maybe he was taking the picture and was trying to line it up. It looks like an arm stretched to the right on the reflection.

I see the dark suit and the hint of a red tie in the washed out left side of the reflection. I rotated the image 90 degrees clockwise and stretched the width to 2000 pixels. The blow up is not enhanced. It's interesting at the very least. ,Or…. maybe I'm just seeing things. That's why all you fine people are here.

I don't think it's Potus, The face same is wrong. 45's jaw line is more round. This looks like teh VP to me. Face sape is correct. Much more pronounced ear . maybe a touch of grey color above the ear. Easier to see when you scale the original. web formats leave much to be desired.

I'm pretty sure it's a blond man. POTUS is a possibility, but I'm not quite sold. It looks like he's standing in front of a window, and I personally think he's wearing glasses. The light on the left side of the head could be from the light of the window shining past the contour of his face near his eye, or a glare from the lens of his glasses. I favor a glare. If it's the contour of his face, it seems to dig in too deep, even given the weird shape of the reflection.
