Can more be described as a feeling where you just don't get more anxious.. it's not a high or anything.. it just keeps the anxiety at bay. I can't diagnose you but I know some things that help, and what doesn't help (meaning mainstream medicine).. and I know how depressing it is to feel imprisoned by anxious feelings when you're just trying to live your day.
