Project ARTICHOKE (also referred to as Operation ARTICHOKE) was a CIA project that researched interrogation methods and arose from Project BLUEBIRD on August 20, 1951, run by the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence.[1] A memorandum by Richard Helms to CIA director Allen Welsh Dulles indicated Artichoke became jena Project MKULTRA on April 13, 1953.[2][not in citation given]

A Central Intelligence Agency Project Artichoke document reads: "Not all viruses have to be lethal…the objective includes those that act as short-term and long-term incapacitating agents."[3]

The project studied hypnosis, forced morphine addiction (and subsequent forced withdrawal), and the use of other chemicals including LSD, to produce amnesia and other vulnerable states in subjects.

ARTICHOKE was a mind control program that gathered information together with the intelligence divisions of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and FBI. In addition, the scope of the project was outlined in a memo dated January 1952 that stated, "Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature, such as self-preservation?"[4][5][6][7][8]

Project Artichoke was the Central Intelligence Agency's secret code name for carrying out in-house and overseas experiments using LSD, hypnosis, and total isolation as a form of physiological harassment for special interrogations on human subjects.[9] The subjects who left this project were fogged with amnesia, resulting in faulty and vague memories of the experience.[10] According to Jeffrey Kaye, the name of this project came about from New York City criminal Ciro Terranova who was nicknamed "the Artichoke King".[citation needed] It was formerly known as Project Bluebird, but in August 1951, the operation was renamed.[11] This project was a kickoff for MKUltra.

The CIA disputed which department would take over the operation. Finally, it was decided that an agent from the CIA research staff, former U.S. Army brigadier general Paul F. Gaynor, would oversee it.[12] The CIA chose the weaker and less intelligent as its subjects, which were homosexuals, racial minorities, and military prisoners.[13] The operation took place in special isolated locations throughout Japan, Europe, Asia, and the Philippines.[14]

It has all the minerals, and in the percentage similar to blood. You can get plain old seawater, dilute it with regular water, and drink it and water crops with it. 1 part sea water, 20 parts regular water I think is about right.

I have done both. wheatgrass grows well with seawater. wheatgrass soaks up all the minerals.

The Archons have been sustaining their control with a special technology that is called The Veil. It is an electromagnetic frequency fence on the lower astral and especially on the etheric plane, extending maximally 8.6 miles upwards and downwards from the surface ground level of our planet, that to a great extent prevents the Light from coming into the quarantine Earth. The Veil is being operated by the non-physical Archons. This technology could be best described as etheric HAARP. This technology distorts the time / space structure on quantum level and thus creates big difficulties for UFO propulsion systems of the positive ET forces. In the past, this has hindered the progress of the positive ET races towards this planet significantly.

If you would like to understand the evolution of MKUltra please read the following, it is long post, but an important key to understand school shootings. Q replied to the post: "MKUltra was a success and went into implementation. It is just no longer called MKUltra, that was the development program name." I believe Q replied to this anon because he is right. Let's briefly look over the history of MKUltra for clues of what happened to it.

Originally the CIA focused on drugs, trying to find the perfect combination that would give interrogators complete control over their subject. This was MKUltra, and would give way to a very large number "subprojects". They used countless drug combinations with minimal results, but would continue it, as it opened the mind to further techniques that could be used.

One of the first of which they explored was hypnosis, likely the unconfirmed Project Monarch. Almost every record of which was likely destroyed because they used hypnosis to control people, and in many reports utilize severe trauma to split the subjects personality. This worked, but was a long extremely illegal process that could be unreliable. So the CIA moved on to numerous more subprojects, however the I will focus on the two most important ones mentioned in the MKUltra hearing Q posted: "Over the ten-year life of the program, many "additional avenues to the control of human behavior" were designated as appropriate for investigation under the MKULTRA charter. These include "electroshock…and paramilitary devices." Electroshock was used in driving program Q quoted, which utilized paralytic drugs and electroshock at 30-40 times it's normal power. Alfred W. McCoy writes "Stripped of its bizarre excesses, [these] experiments, building upon Donald O. Hebb's earlier breakthrough, laid the scientific foundation for the CIA's two-stage psychological torture method," which refers to first creating a state of disorientation in the subject, and then second creating a situation of "self-inflicted" discomfort in which the disoriented subject can alleviate their pain by capitulating.

HOW THE DELTA’S ARE CREATED

Illuminati Deltas are linked to the moon children, and are the offspring of the moon child alter in the early cage programming. In the early 1950s, the Illuminati would take a child and force it to watch another child, who they have bonded with, be incinerated alive in a crematorium at high heat which would not only melt the child but turn it to ashes. The form of the child in ashes would stay in the shape of the child until the crematorium door which would have glass in it for viewing would be opened. A small gust of air would cause the ashes to lose their shape. Watching through glass and feeling the fire and hearing the child scream was a trauma for any child. The fire trauma was done so that the child would visualize melting from heat. The programming is that the witches melt down to NOTHING. After a few years, the programmers realized that they didn’t have to have a real trauma to get the programming done, because they could usually do it with a combination of hallucinatory drugs, hypnotic drugs, and paper dolls. Paper dolls which when cut out are all joined together would be placed on a grid similar to an alter grid on a platform. The right hypnotic suggestions are made, and the child believes these paper dolls are alive and are burned up. If the paper dolls didn’t work, they’d go back to using a real child to get the job done. Later, the lower cat alters are taught how to be hunted and hunt at the “life or death” Beltaine hunts. These hunts helped train alters which are then used to create the Deltas. The Deltas are not completed until later. To create a trained assassin, the alters were desensitized towards pain and death by being shown gory films with the eyes forced open. Hypnosis was also used. The potential victims were devalued, it is believed the Aryan alters which are very elitist and racist are used for Delta alters. Satanic rituals were also involved in the creation of the Deltas. Deltas will be trained in hand to hand combat–and know certain vulnerable places to kill people incl. breaking the neck. Training included a great deal of weapons training. When the wall of ice is melted, these assassination alters are freed and they will go about their assignment to kill by using an ice-pick type needle poked into the heart of their prey. Later, American Delta alters were taught the art of assassination by poking a needle through the eye of the victim. This kind of assassination is apparently hard to detect.

HOW THE DELTAS ARE ACTIVATED

The access codes for the Deltas are structured different than for the rest of the System, except for the sexual/entrapment/espionage alters who are designed very similar. The Deltas may be black color coded.

When the programmer wants to use these Delta alters, he will call them up from their genii bottle or wherever they are hidden deep in the mind. They will be commanded to melt. When they have melted into the nothing state, then the programmer gives an exact script of everything the Delta alter is to do, just like you would program a computer step by step– from step a to step z. They never are really given a chance to step outside of their deep trance and to ever hear the truth about what they are doing. Since a mission may call for other alters to hold the body, the programmer must put together his Delta script so that two scripts can be intertwined. The programmer may work out something so that the Delta alter goes into a temporary sleep in the melted state while out on the mission. This way the programmer doesn’t have to be present on the trip to bring the Delta alter back into its functioning “melted” state. The Delta alters can’t be out too long anyway because they are not used to functioning in the outside world and they get tired fast. If the sand runs out, death is to happen. Large hourglasses are often displayed in front of Delta-Beta slaves to remind them that their is no room for mistakes, no slack for disobedience. Their thinking is buried in fairy tales. They are programmed to see themselves in fairy tales, they are programmed not to see their handlers or anybody’s else’s face for that matter. Their handlers pretend they are fairy tale characters or aliens. These alters do not have a chance to understand what they are doing. If the programmers get tired of the slave’s programming breaking down–and it does in part due to the severe abuse they get from these sadistic programmers/handlers, then they will simply give the slave an assignment in which the slave will end up dying, i.e. a suicide mission.
