The project aimed to underscore the potential for miscalculation in the South China Sea; identify specific actions that could cause a crisis and potential escalation; determine possible off ramps in a crisis that could enable de-escalation; and identify options for crisis management mechanisms that would be most useful to prevent an accident or escalation from taking place. Participants were split amongst four teams: a U.S. team, a China team, a Philippines team, and a control team.

Stepfather to:

Arthur T. Hadley III, M.D.

Victoria Smitter Barlow

Matthew Smitter Eliott, D.V.M.

Caroline Smitter Nicholson, Ph.D.

http:// www.nytimes.com/2005/09/12/classified/paid-notice-deaths-luce-henry-iii.html

TIME SCION ACCUSED IN $15M SEX SUIT

>Caroline Smitter Nicholson’s suit seeks $15 million in damages from her mother, Leila Hadley Luce, and her stepfather, Henry Luce III, scion of the famed Luce publishing family, both of whom she accuses of acting sexually toward her as a young girl.

>Nicholson, 44, blames Leila Hadley for having her photographed topless on a bed as a 5-year-old for a picture published in Harper’s Bazaar in 1964.

>In a profile of photographer Bob Richardson, The New Yorker called it a “beautiful and disturbing nude,” and noted that in “another picture, she is coiffed and dolled up like Brigitte Bardot.”

https:// nypost.com/2003/05/23/time-scion-accused-in-15m-sex-suit/

>Her teenage daughter had become her 81-year-old multimillionaire mother's

latest victim. In a deposition, Nicholson alleged, "By the age of 12 or 13, I would be

called into their bedrooms to admire Hank's naked body . . . On another occasion, I was

asked to get into bed between them after they had just had sex. They were

both naked."Nicholson's 17-year-old daughter, in her deposition, said her

grandmother "would massage my body in ways that made me feel uncomfortable.

"She would ask me to undress in front of her, she would undress in front of me.

She would continuously make comments on my body and talk about my body and

nudity and sex." One of Nicholson's molestation accusations against her mother

was thrown out by the judge in the civil case because the statute of limitations

had expired. But the judge allowed an accusation that Leila Hadley Luce had

molested the teenage granddaughter to go forward.

>Nicholson's charges have now received chilling and surprising reinforcement. Her

long-estranged sister, Victoria Barlow, 52, has stepped out of the shadows after

nearly 30 years to say that her sister is telling the truth. She said in a legal deposition

that she, too, was molested by their mother and now-deceased stepfather, who together

made their childhood "a daily hell."

>A former lover of Time magazine heiress Leila Hadley Luce says he bedded the socialite's daughter when she was just 13 - at the urging of the child's mother.

>John Palcewski says he "committed statutory rape" by having sex with Victoria Barlow in 1967 after Leila Luce allegedly told him, "Maybe it would be better if she lost her virginity to someone like you."

>But Palcewski says the girl wasn't a virgin - and that the whole incident was wrapped up in the mores of the "swinging '60s."

>The $20 million suit also alleges Henry Luce III, 81, sexually abused Nicholson's daughter, now 17.

>In a recent deposition for her sister's suit, Barlow says Leila Luce purposely incited Palcewski's lust for her.

>One day, while Barlow was in the hallway on her way to her room after taking a shower, Leila Luce "pulled the towel off me in front of John," she says. That incident was part of "a pattern . . . of [Leila] setting up situations in which we children would be abused," Barlow says in her sworn deposition.

>The night of the towel incident, Barlow says in her deposition, "I walked into the den . . . to talk with him . . . and we had sex …

>Palcewski does not dispute Barlow's account of his single sexual encounter with her.

At Least Our New Envoy to Britain Gives Good Parties

>John Jeffrey Louis Jr., the United States ambassador to the Court of St. James's (or Britain, as mere commoners call it) is the affable incarnation of a purely- political appointee, an "amateur" in public life, as he freely admits.

Obama Calls for a New American Century

The Washington Free Beacon reports that in a speech to the U.S. Air Force Academy today, President Obama called for "another great American century":

Henry Luce, the founder and publisher of Time magazine, famously coined the term “American century” to refer to the United States’ enhanced geostrategic position at the end of World War II.

George Soros connection to Brzezinski and Kissinger

"Billionaire investor/activist George Soros has a giant footprint in Ukraine. Similar to his operations in dozens of other nations, he has, over the past couple of decades, poured tens of millions of dollars into Ukrainian non-governmental organizations (NGOs), ostensibly to assist them in transforming their country into a more “open” and “democratic” society."

……

"Especially noteworthy in relation to Ukraine is his key involvement in the American-Ukrainian Advisory Committee (AUAC). The Ukrainian Weekly of December 10, 1995, reported:

The American-Ukrainian Advisory Committee met in New York on November 17-18 [1995] and reiterated its strong conviction that a resilient Ukraine is in the interest of European stability and thus also American security.

Among other things, the AUAC called upon the U.S. Congress, USAID, the IMF, the World Bank, and the EU to shower the Ukrainian government (then run by “former” Communist Leonid Kuchma). It also encouraged the Ukrainian government to hasten “privatization” by selling “blocks of equity to private investors.” Kuchma followed their advice and, as in the former Soviet Union, his false “privatization” scheme transferred enormous state assets into the hands of select Communist Party members, creating instant billionaire oligarchs, who have dominated Ukraine ever since. Sitting on the UAUC with Soros were one-world CFR heavyweights Zbigniew Brzezinski, Henry Kissinger, Frank Carlucci, and Richard Burt. The same one-worlders are pushing the same agenda today, two decades later."

Wife to both Randolph Churchill and Averell Harriman, Romantic affairs with both Paley and Elie de Rothschild

Pamela Harriman (Pamela Beryl Harriman, Pamela Digby, Pamela Churchill Harriman)

Marriage to Randolph Churchill

In 1939, while working at the Foreign Office in London doing French-to-English translations, Pamela met Randolph Churchill, the son of Winston Churchill. Randolph proposed to her on the very evening they met, and they were married on 4 October 1939. Two days after Randolph Churchill took his seat in the House of Commons, their son Winston was born. \

Romantic involvements and affairs

Beside two additional marriages, Pamela Harriman had numerous affairs with men of prominence and wealth. During her marriage to Randolph Churchill, she had romantic involvements with men such as: W. Averell Harriman, who much later became her third husband; Edward R. Murrow; and John Hay "Jock" Whitney. Notable consorts after her divorce included Prince Aly Khan, Alfonso de Portago, Gianni Agnelli, and Baron Elie de Rothschild.

William S. Paley, briefly a consort during the war, said: "She is the greatest courtesan of the century", meaning it more as a compliment than a detraction. The more critical Max Hastings said, acerbically, "she was … described as having become 'a world expert on rich men's bedroom ceilings'."

Marriage to W. Averell Harriman

hey were married on 27 September 1971. With this marriage, her social focus was moved to Washington, D.C., where he owned a townhouse in Georgetown from which they entertained many notable persons. Harriman, a railroad heir, was wealthy and also bought an estate in Virginia and a private jet.[3] With Harriman's involvement and links in the Democratic Party, her political career began.

Propping up the Clinton Machine

THE WOMAN BEHIND CLINTON IS NOT HILLARY

When World War II broke out BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN, headed by Averell Harriman, UNION BANK headed by Prescott Bush and George Herbert Walker and the law firm of SULLIVAN AND CROMWELL, headed by John Foster Dulles were transacting what was essentially all the major business in the UNITED STATES for the NAZI cartels. Then after the war these men went on to higher level positions of public trust. Averell became ambassador to the USSR (leaving Pammy behind), John Foster Dulles became Secretary of State — his brother CIA Director —all for the furtherance of a business scheme that has been called the Cold War.

A computer search was initiated in a local library of all nationally syndicated magazines for any mention of Pamela Harriman. In more than 5 years 6 magazines mentioned Pamela but only VOGUE, Aug 92 Vol. 182 mentioned her in connection with her last husband, Averell Harriman — this in connection to a big D.C. bash announcing Clark Clifford's book, COUNCIL TO THE PRESIDENT. NEWSWEEK 5/15/87 referenced the fact that Pamela Harriman has raised more money for the DEMOCRATIC PARTY than any other single person and TIME 6/3/91, and two other issues of NEWSWEEK 12/24/90, 6/25/90 as well as NATIONAL REVIEW 2/10/89 and the aforementioned VOGUE all referenced Pamela's political action committee — nick named "PAM PAC". Not one nationally syndicated magazine included in their articles the most germane fact that the person hand picked by Pam herself to be chairman of PAM PAC was none other than our present Bill Clinton! When Clinton lost his race for governor Pam was there to dust him off and set him up as chairman of her all powerful vehicle of power — PAM PAC!

Not one news magazine connected the names of Bill Clinton with Pamela Harriman in any article for more than 5 years! Is there one reader out there who thinks this omission was not coldly calculated? Pamela Harriman enjoys such power that not only can she keep her name out of print but she can control each and every word printed about her — at least in regards to the publications herein referenced. Is it possible that TIME, NEWSWEEK, and the others could possibly overlook something as overwhelmingly apparent as this. It is not. These publications are not trying to provide their readers with usable knowledge. They know the secret elite that drive human events but they will never share their knowledge with readers.

If Pamela Harriman was the single largest contributor to the Democratic Party, who was the largest financial contributor to the Republican Party? Why it was a Texan named Walter Mischer. Mischer also distinguishes himself by being the largest single donor to both George Bush and Lloyd Bentsen — quite a neat trick when one considers that it came close to being a Bush/Bentsen race for the presidency. Peter Brewton's currently available book, GEORGE BUSH, THE CIA AND THE MAFIA is primarily focused on the role Mischer played as a kingpin in the looting of the S No doubt the Bentsen appointment to Secretary of the Treasury pleases Mischer enormously. Misher's name is also void of mention in national media. I guess the pundits in the major media think the public would not be interested in those who finance the men who become presidents.

The Secret Society That Controls The Precious Metal Market:Charles Savoie

Charles Savoie quotes Gary Allen's 1971 work Nixon Man Behind the Mask pg 223 stating"Bobst (Elmer Holmes) is listed as a member of the highly secret Pilgrims society which is even closer to the inner circle of the conspiracy than the CFR"

Mark 5:45 William Salmon Treasury secretary had a hand in dropping gold from $200 to $105

Entire interview discusses the Pilgrims involvement in the central banks, globalism, and currency/precious metals manipulation.

Why do you think Trump is considering returning to the gold standard?

Is Trump Really Considering a Return?

When the U.S. government first legalized private ownership of gold again in 1975, Trump was one of the more aggressive investors in the country. He bought in at around $185 an ounce and claims he eventually sold his stake at somewhere between $780 an ounce and $790 an ounce.

But that doesn't mean that Trump is done with gold. He still has quite an affinity for it – something clearly visible in his lavish lifestyle. And when asked about his views on the gold standard in a 2016 interview, he told GQ, "Bringing back the gold standard would be very hard to do, but boy, would it be wonderful. We'd have a standard on which to base our money."

Kean is best known globally, however, for his 2002 appointment as Chairman of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, widely known as the 9/11 Commission, which was responsible for investigating the causes of the September 11, 2001 attacks and providing recommendations to prevent future terrorist attacks. He was appointed to this post by U.S. President George W. Bush.

Bush appoints Kean

Bush initially selected former Nixon's Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger to head the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (9/11 Commission). But on December 13, 2002, Kissinger resigned as the Commission's Chairman, under pressure because of potential conflicts with his global business consultancy.

Married Princess Diana (Diana Frances Spencer) in 1981. The marriage suffered so much so that the press dubbed the couple "The Glums". The two separated in 1992 then formally divorced in Aug 1996. Princess Diana was later killed in a car accident in Paris, Aug 1997, shortly after breaking up with Hasnat Khan and beginning a relationship with Dodi Fayed

I'm speculating that the "accident"/murder was for two purposes: silencing her from releasing the society's secrets and denying Princess Diana's world-wide influence from falling into the hands of those outside of the society.

Snippet from Q post #100

Who is the Queen of England?

How long in power?

With power comes corruption.

What happened to Diana?

What did she find out?

Why was she running?

Who did she entrust to help her flee?

What was the cover?

Why is this relevant?

How Allen Dulles and the SS preserved each other

>We chall see that after World War II, while the CIA and the Gehlen Organization (usually referred to as the "Gehlen Org") were being slowly organized on the U.S. payroll, both Barbie and Schwend worked for the U.S. Army Counterintelligence (CIC); and at this time Schwend was working on setting up the secret SS escape routes to Latin America by which both men would eventually reestablish themselves. It has been charged that Rauff [Milan Gestapo Chief Walter Rauff who supervised SS mobile gas chambers] played an even more prominent roll in setting up the escape route, while also on the U.S. payroll and that he did so with an immunity granted him by Allen Dulles of the OSS, after the SS-OSS secret (and sometimes unauthorized) negotiations in north Italy in which, unquestionably, both Dulles and Rauff participated.

He played a central role in the 1936 founding of the Office of Population Research at Princeton University, a leading demographic research and training center. Osborn was one of the founding trustees of the Pioneer Fund in 1937, a charitable foundation charged with promoting eugenics.

https:// en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frederick_Osborn

In correspondence with his co-founder John D Rockefeller, Osborn wrote: 'Birth control and abortion are turning out to be major eugenic steps. But if they had been advanced for eugenic reasons . . . that would have retarded or stopped their acceptance.' Perhaps more surprising still is the eugenic philosophy advocated by the feminist icon Margaret Sanger, the inspiration behind Planned Parenthood. Sanger called for the sterilisation of 'genetically inferior races' in her 1922 tome Pivot of Civilisation. The Sanger Institute, which has not sought to distance itself from Margaret Sanger, is now at the front line of research in the Human Genome Project."

Alexander M. Haig (Exec. Committee)

>Source(s): Pilgrims of the United States officers list (member executive committee since 1983); 2002 list (vice president)

In 1969 Haig became an assistant to National Security Adviser Henry Kissinger. He became vice chief of staff of the Army, the second-highest-ranking position in the Army, in 1972. After the 1973 resignation of H.R. Haldeman, Haig became President Nixon's chief of staff. Serving in the wake of the Watergate scandal, he became especially influential in the final months of Nixon's tenure, and played a role in persuading Nixon to resign in August 1974. Haig continued to serve as chief of staff for the first month of President Ford's tenure. From 1974 to 1979, Haig served as Supreme Allied Commander Europe, commanding all NATO forces in Europe. He retired from the Army in 1979 and pursued a career in business.

>creepy statement incoming

After Reagan won the 1980 presidential election, he nominated Haig to be his secretary of state. After the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan, Haig asserted "I am in control here," later stating that he meant that he was functionally in control of the government

>Suggested a move that would have instigated WWIII and upon resignation was replaced with, you guessed it, another Pilgrims member

Haig caused some alarm with his suggestion that a "nuclear warning shot" in Europe might be effective in deterring the Soviet Union.[33] His tenure as secretary of state was often characterized by his clashes with the defense secretary, Caspar Weinberger. Haig, who repeatedly had difficulty with various members of the Reagan administration during his year-and-a-half in office, decided to resign his post on June 25, 1982.[34] President Reagan accepted his resignation on July 5.[35] Haig was succeeded by George P. Shultz, who was confirmed on July 16.[36]

More on the Trinity Pawling School

https://trinitypawlingabuse.blogspot.com/

>I am an alumnus and survivor of child sexual abuse by pedophile faculty at Trinity-Pawling School, a remote all boys boarding school in upstate NY. And I am one of many former students who seek justice. As a student, the faculty I turned to for help silenced me.

>Now I speak out as a survivor knowing the shame of that abuse belongs soley to the pedophiles and those complicit in keeping victims silent. As a survivor of unspeakable abuse, I can tell you that the fallout from CSA lasts a lifetime. It impacts every relationship in your life. Worse still, it impacts your very ability to trust others enough to form lasting relationships.

>It is my hope that in speaking out, I might encourage other male survivors to also speak out. If enough of us do this, then maybe one day kids will find support to speak out in real time, name their abusers, and escape the vortex of silence.

>This blog details how I confronted my former abusers as an adult. And their unfortunate response.

Some people use the evidence on JFK's dad to make the argument John Kennedy was an "Underground" King and the the whole operation was a psy-op. They use the autopsy photos - which apparently are not of his corpse, to make the case. (It's been known forever that there was a lot of chain of custody issues around the corpse of JFK.)

Not saying I believe that, but there's interesting data on the family in the essay - including the alleged destruction of their family photo cache in the Twin Tower event. I've never corroborated that. But a good case could be made that the family was very messed up and the family photos - as those of the English Royal family, are often, if not always, doctored.

Yes, but truly, those types do kill their own.

I read grasping, ambitious courtesan Pamela Digby Churchill Hayward Harriman's biography, "The Life of the Party" about 20 years ago, but it's an excellent dissection of her life.

Bill Clinton made her the U.S. Ambassador to France for all her "contributions", and she died in the swimming pool at the Paris Ritz, where she lived at the time, very apropos.

Publishers Weekly: "The introduction of this book immediately sets the tone. The scene is a Georgetown dinner party, where the guest of honor is president-elect Bill Clinton, come to pay homage to a woman who, among others, has supported his presidential bid. Clinton toasts her as the "First Lady of the Democratic Party." Smiles all around because life is so good in the upper class–and so begins a biography that is essentially a parade of political names from World War II to the present. It can be interesting to know who was sleeping with whom and when, of course. And who asked our heroine for timely advice at yet another important moment in history. But what is probably just as engaging is trying to determine if the rich and powerful really are this shallow."

One reviewer: "…one of the Grandes Horizontales of the 20th century" (heh)

Interesting rumor in this review that she was raped as a young girl by then-Ambassador to the UK Joseph Kennedy while an overnight guest of his daughter Kathleen "Kick", who went on to marry William Cavendish, heir to the 10th Duke of Devonshire. (Another interesting story - William died in the war, and young widow Kick died in a plane crash along with her married lover the 8th Earl Fitzwilliam en route to the French Riviera)

The reviews are worth clicking thru this link to read: https://www.amazon.com/Life-Party-Biography-Churchill-Harriman/dp/0316633763/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1525872296&sr=8-1&keywords=life+of+the+party+pamela+harriman

I found another Joe Kennedy/Pamela reference in author/radio host Howie Carr's column: "NBC ‘News’ won’t tune in to the Dems’ sex scandals"

>The president of NBC News is a pampered puke Harvard pajama boy named Noah Oppenheim. He’s got a squirrely little beard and he’s a campaign contributor to Joe Kennedy III – whose father Joe II took money from Harvey Weinstein after crippling a girl, whose grandfather Bobby was perhaps the last person to see Marilyn Monroe before her mysterious death, and whose great-grandfather Joe Sr. was raping Gloria Swanson and Pamela Harriman when he wasn’t playing footsy with Nazis in pre-war London.

BLOODLINE TRACKERS

Found that along with other societies such as the Knights of Malta, Knights Templar, Masons, ect., theres a particular interest in genealogists.

First off the Hereditary Society

>We are genealogists. The hereditary society community is hard at work collectively researching and documenting the lineages of American and international families over the past several hundred years…..We are a fellowship. The hereditary society community provides the opportunity for like-minded individuals to foster life-long friendships, partnerships in projects, synergism in reaching similar goals, and a chance to remain active in the context of organized groups. Our members are generally individuals who make things happen, and have the ability to get the job done. Many of us are prominent figures in our communities, leaders, and role models to those closest to us. We truly enjoy fellowshipping together, savoring our mutual love for all that the community represents.

A bit about the Merovinian Dynasty

>The Merovingians (/ˌmɛroʊˈvɪndʒiən/) were a Salian Frankish dynasty that ruled the Franks for nearly 300 years in a region known as Francia in Latin, beginning in the middle of the 5th century. Their territory largely corresponded to ancient Gaul as well as the Roman provinces of Raetia, Germania Superior and the southern part of Germania. Childeric I (c. 457 – 481), the son of Merovech, leader of the Salian Franks, founded the Merovingian dynasty, but it was his famous son Clovis I (481–511) who united all of Gaul under Merovingian rule.

>The Merovingian dynasty owes its name to the semi-legendary Merovech (Latinised as Meroveus or Merovius and in French as Merovée), leader of the Salian Franks. The victories of his son Childeric I (reigned c. 457 – 481) against the Visigoths, Saxons, and Alemanni established the basis of Merovingian land.[citation needed] Childeric's son Clovis I (481–511) went on to unite most of Gaul north of the Loire under his control around 486, when he defeated Syagrius, the Roman ruler in those parts. He won the Battle of Tolbiac against the Alemanni in 496, at which time, according to Gregory of Tours, Clovis adopted his wife Clotilda's Orthodox (i.e. Nicene) Christian faith.

>Charles de Gaulle is on record as stating his opinion that "For me, the history of France begins with Clovis, elected as king of France by the tribe of the Franks, who gave their name to France. Before Clovis, we have Gallo-Roman and Gaulish prehistory. The decisive element, for me, is that Clovis was the first king to have been baptized a Christian. My country is a Christian country and I reckon the history of France beginning with the accession of a Christian king who bore the name of the Franks."[17]
