use temporary emails / throwaway sims to connect to social media - but do have normie social media accounts - they must not know you are woke. they must believe you are still sleeping.
never use devices that have two-way communication points [camera, microphone] - if you are tech savvy enough at least disable the camera and mic of the device you are using for any anti-establishment activity.
use public wifi and generic accounts while visiting anti-establishment internet sources of information.
do not say anything out loud that can be deemed even slightly anti-establishment.
everything else revolves around just pretending to be a sleeping normie using normal emails and social media, while doing your more anti-establishment shit using generic online accounts, on untraceable connections, and devices whose camera and mic have been disabled physically.
It's all about plausible deniability.
