Yes, it was the Federal Reserve, I should have clarified…Even with this system in place, the Fed Reserve should never have existed in the first place, and regardless to audit findings, there's limits as to what can be done to hold them accountable. They are different in many ways and I don't think that such things can be compared to a conclusion that one is better than the other. Both are tools to implement change, therefore both are good, both have their uses. It is true that paper petitions are mostly useless and blackhats use them to dox people, i.e. identify opponents for special attention

When to petition at whitehouse.gov?

When you need to stay anonymous.

When the action you request is something that POTUS would do

When you are uncertain of support and want a quick way to poll public opinion

When to write legislation?

When you have a group working with you

When you have a lawyer to help with drafting the text

When you are ready for a long process that could take years

When you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you can build up a groundswell of public support for the new law

When there is no conflicting legislation already in process

President Trump has already asked citizens for their opinions on what action to make a higher priority by releasing the new petition site at whitehouse.gov. Any arguments about it being begging are simply wrong and likely to be shills. It is not begging to respond to a request from POTUS. Nobody is going to dox you via whitehouse.gov
